No, you do not need to be at the delivery site at the time of delivery. However, clear instructions about the preferred delivery location will need to be specified in the comments section of the contact form. A picture of the preferred drop off location is encouraged.

Please allow for at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day delivery may be available during specific circumstances.

A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the agreed-upon delivery time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery will receive a 50% refund.
